Currently David Pitcher is our Chairman. Debbra Tullah is the Treasurer and also manages the membership list and performs Secretarial duties. Other current committee members names can be found here.

The date for the AGM has yet to be set, but it will be sometime in March at the Stonnall Community Centre, Stonnall. We welcome all to come and to give their thoughts on the allotments. We will send out the financial report and the AGM minutes closer to the day.
Annual rent is due by March 1, or the latest at the AGM (if communicated prior). We have not increased the rent despite increases in in our land lease and water bill.

Looks like the committee have been hard at work. The tall grasses and weeds either side of the fence have been cut-back. Not a quick job but it looks brilliant. So neat and tidy.
A reminder – as grass cutting continues, please keep the paths clear. We can’t cut the grass if there are stones or debris in the way. Stones can be particularly bad for the lawnmower and dangerous for the person mowing.
Also, the path to the right of your plot (with your back to the parking lot) is your responsibility to keep mowed. The smaller lawnmower might work on some of the side paths if you struggle with the strimmer.
Again thank you all mowers’ for helping to keep the allotment tidy.
Just a reminder please don’t use the grass collection boxes as when they are full, they lead to grass accumulation by the drive belt pulley and can cause the belt to come off. It is better to allow the cut grass to stay on the freshly cut area.
