Your annual rent is due by March 14th. We would appreciate if all payments were made via a bank transfer. Please contact the treasurer if you don’t have any facility to operate online banking. The financial year, and your rental period, runs from March 1 to end of February.
We had increases in our land lease and water bill. Unfortunately, for only the second time in our history, we have increased the rent charge, but by only £0.05 pence per square meter more. Please pay online by March 14th.
Please let us know ASAP if you don’t plan on renewing. If you are not renewing, your plot must be cleared of any possessions you might wish to retain by March 1st.
