Remember when using the lock that the key is inserted with the flat edge up. Do not force the key into the lock. If the key feels weak and that it might snap, do not use the key and contact us about key replacement. Better to leave the gate closed and unlocked.
If you break your key in the lock and are unable to remove it with a tweezers, then you are responsible for calling out a locksmith and covering the cost. This must be done immediately. The fields are a working farm and they need to be access by the farmer. The gates cannot be left in a non-operable state.
